Ranchology Recipe Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente. Groove.

While the pasta is cooking, place the steamer basket in a pot with a little water. After the water boils, steam the butternut squash for about 10 minutes or until tender. Alternatively, you can roast them in a 425°F oven until tender (if doing this option, try to take them out before they get too browned).

Add the cooked squash to a blender along with the milk, olive oil, nutritional yeast, lemon juice and herb seasoning. Blend until smooth (you may need to do this in two batches). Season the sauce to taste.

Mix the pasta and sauce until the noodles are well coated and serve immediately.
